Kevin Sutcliffe

Chairperson of the Board of Trustees

Kevin is passionate about providing educational opportunities to financially disadvantaged youth, with specific focus on mentorship in addition to financial assistance. Kevin is also a sports nut, so combining education and sporting prowess was a natural fit.

Wayne Siepman

Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Trustees

Wayne  completed his National Diploma in Hotel Management in Johannesburg, then launched his hospitality career of more than two decades in Mpumalanga. He has worked in hospitality in London, Tanzania, Swaziland and Botswana, before finally settling back in South Africa. Wayne spent five years at Arabella Hotel & Spa as Operations Manager between 2006 and 2011, and returned to Arabella Hotel & Spa in 2014 as General Manager.

Geoff Anderson

Trustee

Geoff has always had a desire to make a contribution and add value to a worthy cause. As a retired Associate Professor at Stellenbosch University, Geoff's wisdom and sage advice adds much to the Board.

Marion Smith

Trustee

Marion is co-owner of Elgin Ridge Wines, along with her husband Brian, having previously owned a successful IT company in London. Marion moved to South Africa in 2007, and her passionate support of, and giving to, worthy causes makes her a valuable Trustee.

Grant Litkie

Trustee

Grant is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' executive experience in a variety of industries and geographical locations in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Grant is keen to contribute whatever value he can add to the Trust and its beneficiaries.

Dennis Marillier

Trustee

Dennis firmly believes sport is an amazing enabler and has seen how the Trust's programme has helped develop social, education and sporting skills. Dennis is always readily available and willing to contribute his time and experience to make a difference, so his assistance in the mentoring programme has been a valuable addition to the Board's activities.
